Move inward and flow outward. This all-levels class offers soulful movement, deep breath, and a space to reconnect with yourself. Come as you are — leave feeling grounded, centered, and inspired.

6:30-7:30  Reiki Rendezvous: Rotating Reiki Practitioners
Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation at the Reiki Rendezvous, an immersive event designed to harmonize your energy and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit. This sacred gathering begins with a calming guided meditation, helping you center yourself and enter a receptive state of peace and stillness.
​As soothing, relaxing music fills the space, certified Reiki practitioners will gently offer Reiki, a Japanese energy healing practice that works with the body’s natural energy flow. During the session, practitioners will place their hands lightly on or just above your body, channeling universal life force energy to promote healing and release energetic blockages. This gentle yet powerful technique supports your body’s ability to heal itself, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of well-being.

12-1 pm Flow and Stretch with Melanie 
Join  Melanie, for high-energy Vinyasa flows and targeted stretch classes designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and boost endurance. My classes are designed to challenge your body, improve mobility, and leave you feeling stronger and more balanced. Whether you’re cross-training, recovering, or just getting started, there’s a mat waiting for you.        
​5-6 pm Yin with Jhoanna 
Turn inward with Jhoanna for this slow, meditative practice.   Yin consists of long, sustained holds allowing tendons, joints, ligaments to stretch safely, releasing tension thus, increasing range of motion. It also gives time for the mind to unwind.  Be kind to yourself and unwind.

​5-6pm Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound each Sunday at 5 PM. Our Crystal Bowl Sound Bath offers a deeply meditative and restorative experience, using the harmonious tones of chakra-tuned crystal bowls to guide you into a state of balance and relaxation.
With rotating instructors, each session brings a unique blend of energy and intention, ensuring no two experiences are the same.
  • Investment: $25 per session (not included in yoga passes).
  • What to Bring: We have everything you need at the studio. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else to help you feel cozy and supported.
Allow the soothing sounds to wash over you, release what no longer serves you, and emerge renewed for the week ahead.
