Reiki Rendezvous 

Wednesdays • 6:30–7:30 PM • $25
Step into a deeply nurturing experience guided by Tiffanie and Aaron. This unique session blends gentle, optional restorative yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. Aaron will support your body into restful poses using props, creating space for stillness and ease. Meanwhile, Reiki practitioners—including Tiffanie—will move around the room offering light, healing touch or hands-hovering energy work.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that works to clear blockages, restore energetic balance, and promote relaxation. Set to soft, calming music, this weekly offering provides a full-body reset for your nervous system and soul.
All are welcome—no yoga experience necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments in this deeply restorative weekly sound bath. This class offers an opportunity to unwind, reset your nervous system, and attune to higher frequencies through the power of sound.
Each session is uniquely guided by one of our sound healing practitioners:

• 1st Sunday – Buffy brings her signature blend of harmonic bowls and grounding energy.
• 2nd Sunday – Tiffanie offers a heart-centered experience with soothing tones and intuitive flow.
• 3rd Sunday – Olivia delivers a gentle, nurturing soundscape perfect for relaxation and reflection.
• 4th Sunday – Amy blends celestial resonance and sacred space for deep soul renewal.

Occasionally, practitioners may sub for one another, ensuring each experience is held with care and intention. No two sessions are the same—just show up, lie back, and let the sound guide you home to yourself.
